(i) the unitary procedural fee for filing a Eurasian Patent application - fixed at 28000 roubles;

(iii) the additional fee for late submission of a Russian translation of Eurasian Patent application materials,
in accordance with Rules 21(6) and 71(3) of the Eurasian Patent Regulations - fixed at 3700 roubles;
****4. Substantive examination of a Eurasian Patent application
(1) For the substantive examination of a Eurasian Patent application in accordance with Article 15(6)
of the Eurasian Patent Convention,
the applicant shall pay the following fees:
(i) in relation to one invention - 30000 roubles;
(ii) in relation to a group of inventions - 30000 roubles, in addition, 20000 roubles for second and 10000 for third, fourth and fifth invention;
(iii) the additional fee for filing a request in accordance with the second subparagraph of Rule 46(1) of the Eurasian Patent Regulations - at a level of 50 per cent of the fee prescribed in this subitem.
