We have gained good experience in obtaining trademark registrations in the countries of the former USSR, including <a href="belarus/trademarks/trademark-belarus.htm" title="Trademark in Belarus">Belarus</a>, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, and also in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.<br><br>

We can also submit EU trademark applications at the EUIPO through our Lithuanian branch EPAG Ltd.<br><br>

<h1>TRADEMARKS IN BELARUS and/or RUSSIA</h1>Requirements for <b>national filing<br />
        </b><br />

A trademark application may be filed within the shortest possible time upon receipt of the following information via e-mail:<br>
<ul>
   <li>name and address of the applicant;</li>	
   <li>mark (word or image);</li>	
   <li>list of goods and services.</li>	
</ul>
Required documents:
<ul>
<li>power of attorney (simply signed) may be presented within two months from the filing date;</li>
<li>priority document, if any, can be submitted in three months from the filing date.</li>
</ul>
We can do preliminary search before filing application and issue an opinion about registrability of trademark -

<h2>Time period</h2>
An estimate time for the completion of a registration is about 13-15 months.<br><br>
The term of registration is 10 years, renewal - for 10 years.<br><br>
